1.       Fully automatic washing machine

1. Types of washing machine

Semi-automatic washing machine

Semi-automatic washing machines are the types of washing machines that have two separate tubs for washing the clothes and drying them. Since you cannot automatically use only the machine to wash and dry clothes, you have to manually take the clothes out from the washer tub and place them in the dryer tub,

And it usually requires a lot of human work, and most of the things in this washing machine are manually controlled.

Here I’ll explain how the process will take part,

First, you have to fill the washer tub with water using a pipe connecting a tap or you have to use a bucket of water to fill the tub. After filling the tub with water, you should add the detergent into the tub and you should select the perfect wash time and the fabric of your clothes in-order to wash properly according to the fabric.

After the washer has completed washing the clothes, you have to manually drain the water from the washer tub using a pipe and take out the clothes from the washer tub and place it in the dryer tub.

It usually uses less power, less time and even comes at a very low cost but due to the human work you have to do in this, this type of washing machine is not preferred by people. If you have a tight budget then you choose this washing machine.

They let you select the amount of water you need to fill in the washer tub, so you can consume water and it consumes less power compared to the fully automatic washing machine. They cost around $65 to $140. They are the cheapest washing machines you get around the globe right now!

Pros and cons,

Pros:

1.       They come at very low cost and they are the cheapest among all.

2.       It consumes less power, it takes less time to wash and dry the clothes.

3.       They are very easy to operate and it also cost low in maintenance.

 Cons:

1.       They occupy more space compared to the fully automatic washing machine.

2.       The major disadvantage of this type of washing machine is, it takes a lot of human work in it to wash or dry using this machine. Due to this reason most of the people ignore these washing machines.

Fully automatic washing machine:

These are technically the advanced versions of the washing machine which helps you to wash your clothes automatically without needing human power. These are more costly than the semi-automatic washing machines but, it doesn’t even require you to change clothes from one tub to another.

Since all the fully automatic washing machines have only one tub rather than having two. So the washing and drying take place in the same tub.

You just need to put the clothes in the tub and press the start button, before doing that you have to connect the machine with water flowing pipe, in order to fill the tub with water.

After pressing the start button, the washing machine will automatically start taking the right amount of water needed for the clothes that you have put in the tub.

You just need to select the right wash cycle and rinse cycle for your clothes. After that drain the water and do the drying part in the same drum.

These are the best washing machines at this right time!

These washing machines are further categorized into two types,

  1. Top load washing machines

  2. Front load washing machines

2. Top load washing machine

From the name itself you can find out, they are washing machines in which the clothes are loaded from the top. This type is very useful for you if you are sick of bending down and load and unload clothes. They usually use 30% to 40% more water than the standard front loading washing machine.

This also is not recommended for you if you use the clothes for long term purposes since the rotating tub inside the washing machine will slightly damage the fabric.

So if you use those clothes to wash in the top load washing machine, it results in damaged fabrics. But they are more convenient than the front load washing machine.

They also make noise while washing and drying the clothes which is not liked by some of the users.

Pros and cons,

Pros:

  1. They are specifically made for the users who have joint problems and for the people who hate bending down while loading clothes.

  2. They cost much lesser than the front load washing machine.

Cons:

  1. If you use top load washing machine for long term purpose then it will result in damaging the fabrics of your clothes.

  2. They make noise while washing clothes which is not well liked by some users, and they also consume more water than the front load washing machines.

2. Front load washing machine

Front-load washing machines have their door on the front side of the washing machine. So you have to bend while loading and unloading clothes from the machine.

They consume less water and less power compared to the top load washing machine. They also don’t damage the fabric, it cleans the clothes more specifically than the top load washing machine.

They also have a vast range of wash programs for you to choose the best which is convenient for you.

They are small but weigh a lot heavier than the top load washing machine, so it makes it hard to move them from one place to another. They also cost very high than the top load washing machines.

Pros and cons,

Pros:

  1. They consume less power, less water compared to the top load washing machines.

  2. They don’t damage your fabric even if you use them for the long term.

Cons:

  1. They cost more than the top-loading washing machines.

  2. It is hard for you to load and unload clothes from the front load washing machine.
